I just wanted to say a big thank you for helping me recruit 2 new members of staff for my team. Within the space of 2 weeks you have worked amazingly fast and arranged for me to meet 7 candidates. What has made the process so fast and easy is the facilities at the One Step office. You allow me to use a confidential office within your offices. This allows me to interview the candidates in a location they are familiar with. It reduces the need for the candidates to come to Yeovil to meet me. You arrange the appointments so that I can see candidates, back to back in the space of an afternoon, which is more efficient and saves me time. Then at the end of the process I have 2 new excellent staff members who can join my team. Just a brilliant service and experience from start to finish.
