On Tuesday 9th October One Step Recruitment will be holding another Free Candidate Registration and Assessment Away Day, this time focussed entirely on Customer Service!

We’ll be holding a Customer Service Assessment Morning  for candidates interested in working in an office, customer service, sales or accounts environment in the Taunton and surrounding central Somerset area.

Ellie and Eleanor, our two Commercial Consultants, will be at the Somerset County Cricket Ground from 9am – 12pm: they’ll be putting around 15 candidates through a range of fun, and engaging tasks and tests, both in a group setting and solo, to better understand their strengths and passions and to better place them at their next perfect job.

We’ll also be accompanied on the day by one of our closest commercial clients, who are eager to see how One Step source, develop and prepare candidates for work – this is a really exciting time for One Step as we make a huge effort to make our service more approachable, more engaging and ultimately more understood by candidates and clients alike.

As candidate shortages, especially at this time of year, are acutely felt, we’re finding it’s increasingly more important for our consultants to go to our job seekers, by hosting a range of candidate registration and assessment days in their towns, saving them the journey of coming to us.

We’ve already held two industrial candidate Away Days in Wellington and Castle Cary, and this assessment morning on October 9th is the first we’re doing for our commercial candidates!

This Commercial Assessment Morning goes even further by opening the door to a wide range of roles with a variety of clients in another specific field.

If you are a job seeker, and want to get involved, just book a place with Eleanor by calling her directly on 01823 250025, or via email on eleanor.homer@onesteprecruitment.co.uk.

If you are an employer and want to know more about how we source, prepare and register candidates, pop our Commercial team a call on 01823 250025 and ask for Ellie or Eleanor!
