Our client, a Taunton based Technology Company is currently recruiting for an Account Manager for their growing customer facing team.

They are ideally looking for a candidate with an experience in IT Support or Development, or experience within Key Account Management. - Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a lead point of contact for all Partner matters.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships.
- Managing incoming e-mails and phone calls.
- Manage and delegate relevant tasks to your support colleagues.
- Ensure successful delivery of solutions according to Partner objectives.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Excellent communicational skills, including verbally and written.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- High energy with the ability to multi-task and prioritise as appropriate.
- Excellent IT Skills – a good working knowledge of Excel, Work and Outlook.
- Positive outlook with pro-active problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as with a diverse team.
