We are working closely with solicitors in various different fields of expertise including: Conveyancing, Residential, Property, Medical, Trust and Probates, Family, Criminal and more.
Ideally, you’ll have some experience or a working background within a legal practice, be a Legal postgraduate or have extensive experience within the legal secretarial field – We’d love to hear from you!
A typing speed of 50 words per minute + is required, along with strong accuracy when typing.
The legal industry is incredibly exciting and varied and your role as a Secretary will include responsibilities such as:
- Providing secretarial support to solicitors / partners and other professionals,
- Communication with clients verbally and face to face,
- Typing important letters and accurate audio typing,
- Diligent phone, email, query and customer management, making sure inbound calls are dealt with swiftly and forwarded to the right person,
- Other general secretarial and administrative tasks.
You will have strong organisational skills and will be a confident communicator.
In return, you will receive a salary ranging between £18,000pa – £21,000pa, dependant on experience.
