We wanted to celebrate not one but TWO Above and Beyond award winners: Lousia Kearl,who works with our Chard branch as a temporary staffer, and Sam Holmes, a student and summer worker with our Taunton team.
Both staff members have shown an amazing adaptability and hard working ethic, and we couldn’t be prouder of their achievements in their respective roles.
Our Chard team leader Ania had this to say about Louisa – “Louisa has been a very honest and reliable temp, and she consistently goes above and beyond to work with other candidates by offering lift shares and taking the initiative in making sure they’re looked after on shift. She’s absolutely wonderful!”
Maisie, one of our Industrial Consultants in Taunton nominated Sam because “…he is consistent, hard working, multi skilled and no matter the distance or hour, he will make sure he’s always on time, always applies himself and is especially gifted, as he’ll work fluidly both back- and front-of-house!”
