One Step Recruitment are seeking two new team members – a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and award winning Chard team, and a Care Recruitment Consultant to work either remotely, or in one of our three Somerset branches.
The ideal candidates will be driven, communicative, target-led and career minded. One Step Recruitment Consultants are “360 recruiters”, which means Consultants take full control of the whole hiring process – from client approach, sourcing, vetting, interviewing and ultimately placing a candidate in a role. This means you have to be a very confident communicator, business-minded and above all not scared of working hard!
Both roles require a candidate with some sales, customer service, administrative or direct recruitment experience. This is a role that suits a career minded person, willing to learn and develop their skills in a challenging role. Your training will be with one of REC qualified Consultants and Managers, so you’ll be eager to learn from leading figures in the company.
