We are over the moon to annouce that Sophie Cleal has passed her 3 month probation with flying colours.
It seems like Sophie has been with us for years already having settled in so well into the Chard team at One Step Recruitment. As Recruitment Resourcer she is generally the first person that applicants speak to when applying for roles and will fully register them.
She has shown excellent customer service skills, superb telephone manner and has already built a rapport with clients and applicants during her 3 months here. The growth plan with Sophie is to get her trained up and dealing with applicants and clients on a daily basis something that we believe she will thrive in.
During the registration process Sophie will discuss the type of role an applicant is looking for, career aspirations, availability and she will also check the right to work in the UK. All of which is vital when we supply staff to our clients.
