We are delighted to welcome Sophie Cleal to the Chard team at One Step!
Sophie comes from a strong retail management background but has been keen to move into recruitment for some time. She lives in Ilminster with her family and dog Lola who takes up a lot of her leisure time, her claim to fame (so far) is having a night out with the cast of Gavin and Stacey !
Sophie will be resourcing candidates for the Permanent team and offering support on the temporary desk where needed,
Now in her second week she has already got to grips with our system and has been a real pleasure to work with.
