Last night, we had the privilege of attending the 10th Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) Awards 2018 in London.
This peer-nominated awards evening honours the top recruitment professionals in the UK. From independent agencies to huge nationals and everything in-between, the yearly event celebrates the best and brightest in the industry. The IRP themselves say it best: “Unmatched in prestige, the IRP Awards are the only recruitment sector awards hosted by the REC and present a unique platform upon which to celebrate the successes of the brightest recruitment professionals and companies in the UK”
Two of our senior staff members were nominated for awards: Commercial Manager James Tuckett (for Business Manager of the Year) and Chard Branch Manager Adriana Brito Brito (for Best Candidate Experience).
We are delighted to announce that Adriana was the winner of the Best Candidate Experience category. Winning an IRP Award is the most impressive industry recognition an individual or company can achieve, and is unique in raising awareness towards the positive role models whose exceptional work, and in this case exceptional candidate care, can aspire to.
