How we support our brilliant local work force over the coming weeks will be an increasingly challenging task – our service as recruiters supporting hundreds of companies across the region will be fluid, and rightly so, to meet the challenge of staffing during COVID-19.
It goes without saying that at the forefronts of our minds are the health of our communities, the health of our businesses, the health of our staff, and their families.
As such, we’re adapting our service to better reflect advice we have been given from our industry bodies, the Government, and our communities.
- Job Seekers and Candidates – we will not be taking walk-in enquiries at any of our three branches in Taunton, Chard or Yeovil, and will only be doing registrations by appointment only, and only where necessary.
- You will be subject to pre-screening on the phone before invitation to a registration.
- For all other enquiries, registrations and pre-interviews, these will be done remotely via skype, video or phone call.
- Clients and Employers – our service remains fully open and we are able to provide staff across all of our specialisms – however, we will be asking all clients about their specific COVID-19 plans of action, how they are approaching this unique situation, and we will provide a diligent service that suits your needs.
